Great Product
I purchased this product to take on a trip. While I have not taken my trip yet (upcoming soon!), I have had the opportunity to try it out. I like that it comes with it's own carrying case, is lightweight and will not take up much room in your luggage and fits well in a backpack. I took it in a daypack (which is a little smaller than your normal backpack and it fit nicely and I did not feel like it 'weighed me down'. It is easy and quick to assemble and adjusts to several different heights for your comfort level. I like that it comes with several different tips for different terrain although so far I have used the tip for slightly uneven terrain and it worked great, seemed to be sturdy enough and the handle grip is comfortable. I recommend this product for any hiking excursion.

Awesome compact poles. Great for hunting on steep mountains.
I have been bow hunting in some really steep terrain this year and have been falling up and down the mountain trying not to destroy my bow in the process. I purchased these to help me get up and down the mountain without killing myself.I have used them in snow with the baskets and on straight rocks and dirt without the baskets and the rubber bumpers. They are very convenient and sturdy. They fold up and fit into 2 small bags which fit easily in my hunting pack. They are great quality and are easy to use. Highly recommended.

Great for the Price!!! Extra Accesoried nice too! Love the mesh storage bags.
This review is for The Nianyiso trekking poles. I’m going to compare them to a set of High Stream trekking poles I bought on the same day. Both pairs of poles: Fold down nicely, have molded grips, are made of light weight aluminum, have adjustable heights and wrist straps. Both brands come in under 11 ounces for each pole, so there’s no significant weight difference unless you add the holsters, then the Nianyiso poles come in lighter. The Nianyiso poles cost me $36.99 and the High Stream poles $44.99. (I was not paid or given anything to review these I had to buy them!!) So Check Nianyiso Poles are Cheaper. I’m going to focus on the differences between the two brands. The High Stream poles have cork grips as opposed to EVA foam grips on the Nianyiso poles. Both grips are molded and are quite comfortable although there is a slight edge to the feel of the cork grips on the High Stream. The High Stream poles also have a secondary grip just below the main grip which is wonderful for ascending hikes. The High Stream poles extend and lock by pulling the upper extension out and a small lock button pops out to lock. No need to line anything up. The Nianyiso poles lock by pulling out the top section and twisting it to lineup the line with the closed lock symbol on the upper handle. The high stream poles are quicker and easier to extend and retract. Both lock securely. Let’s look at the finish. The Nianyiso Have a nice black finish all the way down the pole where as the High Streams are black at the top but have a shiny aluminum finish at the bottom. I love the Tactical black look of the Nianyiso poles, but in my opinion the silver finish is going to hold up better than the black finish when scraped over rocks and from normal wear and tear, they’re just gonna look better. The Highstream trekking poles come in very well constructed individual holsters that can mount on your belt. This might be handy for some but I personally prefer to put my polls on my pack so they are not a plus for me. The Nianyiso trekking poles on the other hand, come with individual ripstop nylon and mesh bags, which I very much prefer. Let’s talk about pole tips. The High Steam poles come with a mud basket and rubber tips only. The Nianyiso poles Include all that but add a snow basket and boot tips. Both Poles came with an instructions sheet. High stream Sent me an email link to a video shortly after I purchased these, even before they arrived on how to properly extend them. I thought that was a really nice touch and speaks to their level of service. So in summary High Stream better Grips, locking mechanism, finish and service. Nianyiso better accessories, bags, and price. I think most would be happy with either set. Even though the High Streams are a few dollars more, side by side I would go with them. One thing I would have preferred on either set would be shock springs. That would have been 5 stars! I hope to upload my video comparison/review soon!

Great for hiking and compact
I bought this for my boyfriend and I for when we go hiking and they work very well. We live in a desert climate with a lot of sand and rocks and these poles worked fine in this type of climate. The normal spear tip worked perfect for hiking with rocks and dirt, but the set comes with some other pole tips, which I can't say if they work well in other conditions. The directions were easy to follow and had images to help you figure out what to do (took me less than 10 mins to put them together). The set also disassembles very easily and fits in very small compact bag, which makes it easy to store in the car.

They work great 👍🏼
I used these in Zion National Park. I did a few hikes there but the one that I used it on and tested it on the most was the narrows. I’d say they preformed very well. I beat the heck out of them but not on purpose. They really held up well. It is initially tricky to learn the install process but once you figure it out it’s a cake walk. I let my friend borrow it and he thought he’d broken it because he couldn’t put it back together once he folded them. But it wasn’t the case they worked fine. It’s just learning how to install them properly. I’d recommend getting these. If you get a defective pair then that’s an isolated issue. All in all they work and feel fine. You don’t need more expensive than these.

Easy to Assemble and Well Made
I am very happy with this purchase of the adjustable walking sticks. They come disassembled in a small carrying case each, with all the tips you see above. Very compact, and takes up little space, which makes them easy to store when not being used. Assembly was so easy. I love that You can adjust the height, so I can share them with my spouse. The locking mechanism for the height adjustment is solid. These are super easy to disassemble and return to the carrying bags. Instructions for them are thorough and easy to understand. We will be keeping these in the car so we are prepared for adventure!
