The pills are larger than I am used to. Regardless they work great and I love that’s they actually have good dosage. The only down side is the rubbing alcohol smell which is mostly the casing around the pills. Besides that, it’s a great product.

These were easy on my stomach,. Many creatines make me nauseous. Will buy again.
