Though cotton, they have made the front in what looks like triple layer of fabric... why???? ... not impressed!!! No, I don't rate them at all

These are cute and seem like good quality, but they’re not that stretchy and DEFINITELY smaller/tighter than expected. They dig into my hips and I have a bulge on either side of the string. I’m not even big, so this is kinda crappy because I don’t want to go through the process of refund/return and then order again. It’s not worth all the trouble.
