I brought these after being recommended them. I really struggle with shin splints and calve pain when running and literally open to try anything at this point! These are great to be cut down to fit, they are super comfy and don't slip around in the show. Top quality. I have noticed a very slight improvement, but very very slight. Maybe just not for me Expensive for something so small - but just my opinion

Diagnosed with Shin Splints. So thought I would give these a ago.. Gotta say the difference in achey legs when using standard inner soles and these is off the scale.. I have bought multiple pairs for my daily shoes.

These inserts are so comfortable! Great for arch support, heel cushioning, and general cushioning and support. They are worth every dollar as they support you feet which ultimately supports your back as well. I’ve nothing to complain about with these
