Bought these ankle weight cuffs for physiotherapy exercises and they’ve been genuinely helpful. I got it for 190. At this price it's very good. No issues. The quality of velcro and stitching is good. It holds steady and comfortable to wear for longer duration. I have also got neoprene 1kg from different brand which is at twice the cost but not as comfortable as this one.

They are comfortable and value for money, most of the bands are really over priced and this is the only one that seemed under budget. The only con is that if you want to wear it under a shirt for passive training then it won't work because it doesn't fit under most of the shirts. Overall, a really good product trully value for money.
