Fits my iPhone perfectly. Sturdy and well finished. Easy to use and setup. Raised edges on the front and back protect the phone. Add a couple of grips and you transform a phone into a decent camera that’s easy to hold. I like the 67mm filter holder. It’s the same filter my Sony lenses use. A great addition to my camera gear.

Neewer has developed an excellent photo system for my iPhone. And the iPhone camera is so good that I sold my Leica.The system’s well designed aluminum cage includes attachments that securely cover the iPhone camera lenses. And also provides an excellent 67mm filter attachment. (This is the best filter mount I’ve found for the iPhone, because it doesn’t use an easily dislodged spring clip. Rather it attaches to a secure mount specifically designed for my iPhone 16 Pro Max.)The standard thread 67mm mount will let me use Neewer’s circular polarizer filter (bought separately). Or thread a flexible 67 mm rubber hood for taking photos against tour bus glass windows while eliminating glare.The cage also can attach securely to another Neewer product: Neewer’s Swiss arca tripod clamp. This will replace my also nice but a little capable Peak Design tripod accessory and system.I didn’t order and can’t comment on the system’s other accessories.The only slight downside is some increased weight and size of the cage. But it fits into my pockets. And all the great features will make this my best travel photography system.Highly recommend this well thought out system.

I purchased the first version of this case when it was made available. I loved it, and felt it was almost perfect. I found that I worried my phone would slip out of the front or back of the case as it was only held in with a small silicone lip. It never did, and I don’t think it would, but this new version solves that problem. There are aluminum tabs on the back of the v2 that were only silicone on the v1. This will prevent your phone from slipping out of the back. The front provides stiffer silicone that prevents the phone from having any accidental slips out of the front.The machine and tolerances are great, not perfect. I’m a former machinist, so I notice imperfections in aluminum machining. Others without this background will not notice that the manufacturer would have benefit from a cleanup pass in the machining stage. This is such a nominal issue. Don’t consider it when making your purchase.I like that there is a metal lanyard bar. Not a hole; a bar. This seems more solid, and it’s large enough to fit paracord through.The closing latch is on a machined spring loaded ball detect. You have to mean to open this case to remove your phone. It will never happen accidentally.Corners are rounded and comfortable to hold. Unlike the v1 case. Threading for 1/4 inch is superb.I might have been the first person on Amazon to purchase this case, as it’s still listed as preorder on Neewers website, and that’s pretty awesome. I’m also a really busy professional photographer and I beat the breaks off the v1 of this case, and it handled all my abuse. I’m excited to see how the v2 does.Subtracted one star only because I think this case could benefit from a clear back with MagSafe magnets built in. Folks like me are going to EDC this case, and while it’s heavy, bulky and everyone has questions, I still worry about breaking the rear of my phone because it’s not protected. An Apple MagSafe wallet fills the space well, so my mind is at ease, but there is enough protection all around the phone that I’m confident I could literally frisbee this thing out the window on the highway and have it be fine.

I got this case and the NEEWER Side Handle Grip with Wireless Remote Control Button Shutter Trigger PA005E. What a solid piece of equipment! Protects my iPhone 16 Promax. I have been using another of Neewer's side handle but did not like it since the phone clamp itself would slightly move whenever I dial the ND filter. However, fhis case and the handle will be perfect for my videography. The only two drawbacks I can think of is if I upgrade my phone, this case may not work. Also, my Hollyland Lark M2 receiver could not be plugged into the bottom of the phone since the case is a bit thick. But I'm sure there are some extensions/adapters I can use. I highly recommend this and the handle.
