Great clip-on night vision.
The NV4A is a pretty neat little unit that attaches to the Ocular (Eyepiece) end of a scope via a sturdy clamp-on bayonet style ring. There are four different bushing sizes to choose from for different styles and sizes of scopes. It works as a day or night scope camera, so you can record your shots onto the included micro SD card. The menu is easy to use and has a lot of features, although there is no Wi-Fi or USB port. The image is clear and sharp, with a diopter focus and a main objective focus ring. Once you dial the objective focus to display the scope reticle clearly, you don’t have to mess with it again, just the zoom on the scope itself. It lets in plenty of light for a bright picture. In my opinion, it is easier to set up and zero than the front mounted style. It works well as a standalone monocular as well. It has built-in crosshairs, with several different styles and color options to choose from. The onboard IR illuminator is plenty powerful, and the beam is adjustable. One possible drawback is the potential need to move the scope forward on your rifle to comfortably fit behind it in different shooting positions. Shooting upright shouldn’t be much of an issue for most, but prone may be difficult with some setups. The NV4A is a good option for people wanting an inexpensive but solid clip-on night vision option that will handle just about every situation

Awful
Terrible. Did not work and didn’t open it until literally the day after the return window so I’m stuck with a $170 scope that isn’t usable.

Great product and customer service
. This product is very clear and precise, and it works exactly as described. The night vision is honestly pretty awesome and performs better than I expected, even in low-light conditions. The image quality is sharp, making it easy to see details without distortion. The view through the lens is extremely clear, which makes using it comfortable and enjoyable. Overall, this is definitely a purchase worth the money, and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for reliable performance and great visibility. Customer service is great as well.

Night vision
I think this is a fantastic night vision clip on for the money. It is clear and the ir light is very bright and adjustable. The menu is very simple to use. I do wish the buttons had some kind of way to feel a "home" key for finger placement since you might be using it in the dark. Being able to operate it blindly would be essential. I'm also no too sure how I feel about how it mounts. The clip on comes with plastic inserts to adjust for a snug fit but I needed to take them all out in order to fit onto my vortex scope. A big no for me is that in order to get proper fitment I would need to move my scope up like 3 inches. I personally don't have plans for a clip on to stay on this gun so if I move it forward it will throw my zero and eye relief off. I feel this scope has great potential to be a scope on its own (if you can figure out a way to mount it) or a monocular

Affordable Entry level NV
After doing my initial unboxing for the Goyojo Optics Monocular, I started testing by using the monocular as a handheld device to view the surrounding forest. I did test this for about a week, while I visited family in Washington and 2 days around my workplace upon return. I'll start off by saying this is the first night vision device I've ever had the pleasure of using and was quite impressed with its abilities. The night vision Monocular is equipped with a 1920x1080 OLED HD display. During the daytime it delivers clear image, pictures and videos. It states that up to ranges of 300 meters(928ft/328yds). During the day those ranges held up quite nicely. During the night I felt they reached less than stated distances having trouble with definition at ranges more than 182 meters (600ft/200yd). I felt that there was slightly pixelation when using the digital zoom vs when attached to additional viewing devices such as a rifle scope. I did however very much like the ability to use the 1-4x digital zoom during the day and night as it made it much easier to use than trying to use the scope ring on a rifle. It was quite effortless as stated. It does come with a rubber eye relief boot that allows you some comfort not feeling like you're too close to the screen and reducing eye strain. During the night with the screen brightness up, I did notice I had to close my eye before opening it up to the dark as it would imprint whatever you were looking at for a moment. But it was negligible to me to the point I didn't want to adjust it in the menu. I did only use the black and white option, as I hadn't known about the fluorescent green option until I started writing my review and was looking again at the manual. I did take a few pictures during the day and video and they were quite crisp, but my main focus was on using it during nighttime operation. I noticed that while the videos turned out quite nicely. When I did not mount the device to a scope or use a tripod the pictures during the night had a tendency to blur. The nice thing about recording video while attached to a scope was the option to use the scope ring to zoom in and out as the digital zoom in unavailable during recording. I did purchase a supplementary IR flashlight to see if it made much of a difference, It did not and I ended up returning that device. The 850nm IR illuminator that is built in above the battery housing was more than sufficient and using the different levels of power was quite noticeable. There were some instances where either bats would fly in front of the IR or shrubbery would pass in front of it causing slight over correction I believe by the lens. Which was also mostly negligible as soon as it cleared the IR illuminator the vision would refocus properly. The focusing dial underneath the monocular was easy to use and always resets after turning off the device so there's no need to worry about having to reset it. It did drizzle slightly during use, and while most of it I believe is sealed the SD card area is open which could result in water/dirt entering the device. So I made sure to keep the device protected and keep from dropping it. Its battery life is every bit of 8-10 hours, As I was using it in variable temperatures from 35F-75F (1.6C-21C). Overall for its price and my inexperience in using these devices I would rate this 4/5 stars and would recommend this for anyone looking to try out an affordable night vision device without looking to break the bank. Pros: -Affordable -Lightweight - 280 G(.6lbs) -Usable during the day and night, night having 2 variable color displays, Black and white and Green. -Great battery life even during colder temperatures. -Built in IR illuminator -Removable SD card for ease of transferring of media. -Commonly used high quality lithium battery, included charger with color change indicator. -Built in Menu for adjustment of features like such as exposure. -Comes with additional mounting rings to allow for mounting to other devices. -Clarity during the day, and ranges within 150-200 yds at night. -1-4x digital zoom -3 levels of IR illumination Cons: -Not IPX rated for water -Slightly less than stated distance for Night vision. -When unmounted off of a tripod picture clarity decreases -Lack of digital zoom while recording -Slight pixelation on further distances Pictures and video are from different and varying distances. It will only let me upload one video, So I chose the one that I thought was best even though its not of an animal As thats one thats attached to a rifle scope using the Scope ring.

Long wait for incomplete product
Package arrived previously opened and missing parts that were to be included. The battery had been activated, the sd card inserted, the connection tube missing, no charge, no cable. Waited 2 weeks for it, now returning and will wait another 2-3 weeks for another delivery. This sucks. If it sows up next useable, I will review the product's performance but I cannot do that now.
