this is an updated review, I love this dishwasher. It’s amazing. Perfect for a single guy in a small condo or apartment. It really is amazing. But what is even better is the customer service. The third day of owning this I noticed there was a crack, a little dent in the drainage hose and I was going to return the dishwasher, but I spoke with the seller and they sent me a brand new drainage hose for free. I was frustrated at first because it took about three weeks to get it, but I didn’t realize it was actually coming from China, but they kept checking in with me to see if I had received it to let me know they were taking care of the situation personally I was frustrated at first, but now that I’ve received the replacement hose I really am truly grateful to this company. The customer service the absolute best and this is a damn good dishwasher. It’s small but it will do a service of four. It also cleans better than any other full-size dishwasher. It’s wonderful actually I didn’t have space in my kitchen. I didn’t have any hard, plumbing hook ups so in the walk-in pantry in my kitchen, I put it on a shelf I hook the new drainage hose up to it and I actually had the drainage hose going down to a sparkling water bottle that was empty that I had on the shelf below it down on the floor and this thing is easy to fill up. It’s just three big pitchers of water. The pitcher comes with it and when it washes it drains through that hose into the Sparkletts water bottle that I have and then I just empty it in the sink when I’m done I didn’t need any hard plumbing or anything. I know it sounds a little trailer park but I swear to God it’s phenomenal if you hate doing dishes as much as I do you will love this even with the set up again you can hard plumb it or you can use the pitcher to fill up the machine. I can’t recommend this thing enough and again the customer service was extraordinary . what an incredible invention. Perfect for a small condo and a single man. That being said it’s big enough for a family of two maybe more. The thing is streamlined. It’s actually very beautiful. It works wonderfully so easy to set up and dam. It does an incredible job. Worth three times as much the money.

I waited for several months after purchase before reviewing this so I could give it a good workout first. It's a wonderful dishwasher! I use it at least once per day. It holds a surprising amount of dishes. The interior light is a nice touch. It doesn't use much water, and most importantly gets my dishes very clean! It's easy to install and maintain too. The regular wash cycle lasts exactly one hour. There is an automatic dry cycle that circulates hot air over the dishes. It's quite effective. I'm very glad I bought this. It's exactly what I needed! Perfect for a household of 1-2 people.

So far I am very happy with this lil dishwasher. I have done 3 loads of dishes and they have come out nice and clean. I took off the top for the silverware holder and put as many as I felt could fit in. Probably like 20+ pieces. I think 1 butter knife and 1 spoon had some residue, but I packed it full, so I figured 1 or 2 might not be perfectly clean. Even so, food wasnt left on it. I washed a plate with stuck on egg and a cup with dried on milk in the bottom, and it got both clean! I HATE cleaning stuck milk out of the bottom of cups...ewww. Granted, I have only had this a few days, but if it continues to work like it does now, money WELL spent. I expect as a family of 4, to have to do 2 loads one day, 1 load the next, in rotation. But we also use paper plates a lot. My 2 kids dirty a lot of dishes. The struggle is real when it comes to dishes, but this has already made my life much easier at home concerning dish time. We have a TINY house with no counter space so I have this sitting on a wooden TV tray with a 5 gal bucket to drain into and only use the tank, not the sink. It works great this way! It isnt too noisy for us. Tupperware and pots n pans I will continue to do by hand. But no more need to do small plates, cups, bowls, or silverware! YAY! Since we do use paper plates a lot, we rarely use glass plates, unless the food is maybe runny or really juicy and would tear the paper plates. So plates really arent an issue. But most people are probably buying this for space saving, so should expect it to be small and get creative with loading for maximum dishes, ir just do more than 1 load a day. I think if anyone buys a countertop dishwasher and complains about space, thats kind of a ridiculous expectation for the size. Just saying. More than 2 people in the home? Expect to run it twice like I mentioned earlier. It takes 2 hours-ish depending on the cycle you choose. 1 hour or so to wash and 1 hour to dry. If your hesitant, get the 2 year protection plan and you are covered if anything happens for the next 2 years. Or there is a 3 year protection plan as well. You can either get it replaced, the money refunded, or parts to fix it. I am sooo happy with it. I do recommend it to anyone living in a small space, or a small household who doesnt dirty up a lot of dishes, or someone who doesnt mind doing a couple loads a day if you have a small house but several people in the home. Happy buying Amazon shoppers! Oh...one thing, it would be cooler if the light inside stayed on. But it goes off after a couple minutes.

I received my dishwasher yesterday. I washed two loads of dishes. The effectiveness of the wash is very excellent, it cleaned stuck on dried food very good. Example, I had a pizza cutter wheel that had dried pizza sauce and cheese, it came out shiny. The drying is not the best but I did not mind drying off dishes before putting them away. Example, water collected on top of cups and bowls. The noise level was comfortable for me, I am sensitive to loud noises so it didn't bother me none. As far as size, it fit under my cabinet with a few centimeters to spare, but I have to pull the dishwasher out to fill the tank. I tried the inlet house but due to faulty kitchen faucet I had to stop using it. I do have to give the inlet hose a bad rep, it does kink up easily when you push the dishwasher back against it, so be aware of that flaw. I recommend purchasing a stainless steel hose or a stronger hose material, because over time that kink can cause a leak or a hose burst making a mess. I can not review the durability as I have just got it. The best feature I like, is after your done using it, you can turn on the drying mode to prevent excess moisture turning into mildew and bad smell. There was one small flaw in the dish rack, one wheel on the back right was bent inward, I had to correct it with a pair of pliers so it doesn't fall in; downside is the plastic coating is fragile so be careful with using pliers. In Conclusion I am very impressed with the dishwasher, it makes my life easier because I have muscle spasms in my back when I stand up doing dishes by hand thus leaving a dirty dishes left unattended for days. Now with this I am able to keep my kitchen sanitary. I recommend this for a one person, I wouldn't recommend it for over two people due to limited space for dishes. I absolutely love it. It has made cleaning up so so much easier and much less time consuming. It's so easy to use. Very quiet. Uses hardly any water and it doesn't leak at all with the tubing in the back. I'm grateful that it doesn't have to actually hook into anything but a power outlet. It washes the dishes to a sparkle. Ugh I'm so happy with it.

This machine is a champ! We’ve had it now for 6 months and use it every day, sometimes twice a day when we have people over. It’s just my husband and me, so this is a perfect size for two people. Our cabinets are too low to have this next to the sink, so we have the hose emptying into a 5 gallon bucket and we dump it in the sink. I regularly pack this thing full and it does a great job cleaning everything. I took the cover off the silverware caddy and it holds as much silverware as you can fit and they always come out clean! I love this machine, it’s really easy to fill from the top and it works great. Buy this thing!

I wanted to love this, but I really don't. I don't have faith that it gets anything fully clean. The first time I used it, residue on silverware and a ton of residue on a plate. In fact, one of the plates looks like it came out more dirty than it went in. Tried it again, ran it on the strong mode and increased the amount of detergent. Similar result. And I'm not overloading it or putting really dirty dishes inside, everything has been wiped of in some way, either beforehand or was not allowed to have anything dry on it. I think this is due to the fact that it has a non-standard way to load detergent. The detergent ends up in a small square at the bottom of the machine after placing it in a square on the door. That's it. When in action, I don't see any foam or really anything significant going on - it looks like it's just rinsing dishes with plain water. I don't have hard water and I'm using Cascade powder detergent. What am I missing? There's also not a dedicated area for rinse off agents, like even if I wanted to buy one and incorporate that into the process, I don't have faith it's going to be used very well because it's going through the same process as detergent. Returning this is going to be a hassle, especially if I go by some of the negative reviews. But I might as well return it because it's not actually saving me any time. I still have to wet and clean dishes after running them through this. The device seems okay otherwise, maybe a bit small, but it looks ok otherwise. I went with this over traditional Western name brands because I thought I could get away from paying a name brand price. Now I'm really wondering how those name brands would compare. Like maybe they don't have I completely see through window or as many settings, but would they function correctly?

This little dishwasher works like a champ! It has several possible cycles - including one cold water rinse for fruit! I live alone and have arthritis in my hands so it's great to give dishwashing chores to this guy. I don't have many dishes so I usually use the "Quick" setting which takes 29 minutes of washing and rinsing. I rarely use the "dry" part of the cycle and just end up opening the door and letting the dishes air dry. Easy to load and easy to use and easy to keep clean - it has "self-cleaning" as one of its options. The outside is smooth and also easy to keep clean. I'm happy that I bought this dishwasher!
