This is the BEST slippery elm I have ever bought by far and I have been incorporating it in my diet. Mixes well with hot water. This slippery elm powder does thicken up considerably and the flavor is rather bland, but not offputting. It is very neutral in flavor and drinking it down is no problem - even when the tea goes cold. I have only been using this slippery elm bark for about two weeks and I already have seen results and helped to keep everything moving along. I only take this slippery elm once a day right before turning in for the night. So far so good.

Bad quality of slippery elm. It doesn’t thicken. It doesn’t dissolve. The powder stays at the bottom. Not recommended!
