I used this for tailgating. I plugged it into a jackery battery. The trick is take a frozen pizza and let it thaw in the fridge or cooler if your tailgating. Pre heat the piezano 10 to 12 minutes at the 800 degree setting for both bottom and top control buttons. The temp gauge will tell you precisely the temperature. This will get the cooking stone ready for the pizza. Place the pizza on the stone then close the lid and turn your BOTTOM BUTTON to 400 degrees. The top button can stay between 600 to 800 degrees. By turning the bottom button down this will stop the bottom of the pIzza from burning. Give it 3 minutes and turn your pizza around with the bamboo flippers. Close the lid and cook for another 3 minutes. Check your pizza top through the see-through window to see if it's cooked enough. As a reminder to pick frozen pizzas that aren't over loaded with toppings or super thick crust (like deep dish). This could cause burning of the pizza.

Does what says, with caveats.. it did cook my pizza in under 6 minutes. The top was perfect in just under 5 minutes, but the crust on the bottom... charred black. Definitely turn the bottom burner down. Also, if you're a heavy toppings kind of person, this isn't the toy for you. Get a pizza stone and a 450 degree oven. This could be great for smaller pizzas with lighter toppings. Mine was perfect on top, burnt on the bottom, and a little raw in the middle. Will keep testing!

I really wanted to love the PIEZANO Crispy Crust Pizza Oven, but this thing has been nothing but a headache from day one. The biggest issue is the inconsistent heating. One side of the pizza comes out burnt while the other is still doughy, no matter how many times I adjust the settings. I have used homemade dough which most bloggers say is a must with the oven, that didn’t even help consistently. It also takes way longer to preheat than advertised, and the build quality feels cheap. This oven is more frustrating than helpful. I’ve ended up going back to my regular oven and pizza stones because they work every time . Definitely not worth the money. I regret this purchase and would not recommend it to anyone, tonight it went in the garbage.

Difficult to use and the pizza peel does not work very well at all so you'd need to purchase a better one. I returned to using my air fryer and gave this away to a good friend. This will burn your crust edges as well if you follow directions. You should prebake the crust before adding your pizza ingredients. No pizza recipes included.

It operates on 120v not 220v!! I have no idea why it’s sold here in the UAE where the standard electric power outlet is 220v
