Good for tall and heavy people
Im 1.83m and about 93kg and I fit perfectly in this chair. Plenty of space to sit, good inclining and being able to adjust the arm rests is actually good and an amazing feature. No weird squeaky sounds when inclined, back support is not adjustable but I didn’t find it awkward or annoying. The headrest takes a while to get used to and it might be a little bit too stiff for some people but I like it, it feels sturdy and it does feels nice napping in the chair. Overall Id say its worth it if you can find it on sale. Ive spent a month a half already sitting quite a king time on it and Im very very happy with this chair. It took me 20 mins to assemble, instructions were nice and clear.

Good chair, happy with the purchase
Easy to build solo, pretty comfortable too. I bought it to replace a generic 'executive' chair which started creaking everywhere and peeling pleather. This is all mesh and it's a comfy mesh too. I always used to think the cushiony executive office chairs were the ones you'd go to for comfort, but this chair is way better and my back doesn't hurt after a day's work in it. It's whisper quiet, adjustable in the right places and doesn't feel like it's going to fall apart. That said, there is one plastic bolt cap on the right armrest that occasionally works it's way loose, but it pops right back in. The fixings that matter have not come loose and it remains as sturdy as the day I put it together. I've used it for a number of weeks/Months now, can't remember when I bought it. Very happy with it though. Recommended.

Good looking comfortable office chair
Really impressed with the design , and the fact it was easy to build. If you follow the video you can’t go wrong . First impression it is going to be a very comfortable chair . Like the neck support and the mesh design for good airflow

Awesome chair with incredible after sales support!
After many hours of searching and reading reviews both off and on Amazon I decided to order this chair. I like many of you have bought chairs in the past and within a few weeks they've started to wobble or creak and then outside the warranty period they've been completely unusable, so that was the last thing I needed. Anyway. the chair came, very well packaged with a well written clear instruction book and a decent allen key for once with a plastic handle. The first impressions were extremely positive and the attention to detail with parts having plastic inserts and thicker grade steel than I'm used to seeing helped very much with a positive experience. Building the chair was easy, although I suggest you build it in the room you plan to use it as it is heavy. Initially I wasn't so sure about the full mesh thing, over time though I have gotten used to it and now prefer it over normal padded chairs, airflow being a major positive and a high quality mesh which doesn't feel as though you're likely to fall through it. No wobbles, creaks, bangs etc and you don't feel like you're about to go flying when you recline due to a different mechanism than i'm used to where just the back reclines, leaving the seat in place. I suffer from osteoarthritis and have had zero problems with pain caused by poor support, it feels as though it supports me in all the right places and I don't feel like I've had a work out after several hours of usage. Initially I thought it was a little low, but over time I got used to it an it feels fine. As for price, well to be honest you can't go wrong. If money is tight I'd pay that little extra because you're buying something which feels like it's going to last unlike so many other chairs. It feels like this is a company that cares about the product and customer satisfaction, something which is sadly rare these days. A couple of weeks of use and the seat started making an odd noise, the mesh when sat on was rubbing against the material underneath and it honestly sounded a bit rude lol, anyway I emailed Sihoo with a video demonstrating the issue and this is where surprisingly everything took a turn for the better. They gave me a partial refund and offered to send me a replacement seat part as soon as they were in stock, I was told it could take up to 8 weeks as they were on route from China. Fine I thought, so I waited... I didn't hear anything so emailed Sihoo about 8 weeks later and they were incredible, very apologetic explaining they still didn't have the part but hey, here have a brand new chair if you like. I agreed and a few days later another box came with a replacement. I honestly couldn't be happier, this is outstanding customer service and honestly sets the benchmark for how customers should be treated. Overall a great experience, good chair, great value for money and a very happy customer. Well done Sihoo...

Very squeaky and not very comfortable. Sending mine back
I have updated this review from 3 stars to 4 stars. The delivered chair was very squeaky. I was going to return it. I contacted support, and wow, what a great support team. They delivered replacement parts at no cost to me. The chair, as it is today, is comfortable and does not squeak. I will not be returning it. Easy to assemble, great design and a lovely chair to spend my days on whilst working from home. I will return in 6 months and if still a happy customer will add the extra star. I would recommend and if you have any issues contact support. They really are great and will sort any issues you have. Thanks Sihoo

Great value and durability
3rd Sihoo chair. Great comfort, no set up and durability for the last 5 years (for other chairs) has been fantastic

Unable to provide back support
Chair mechanism does not support leaning back for more than a week, will eventually bend and be permanently reclined. Support was initially unhelpful but eventually sent a replacement, whereupon that mechanism suffered the same fate. In repeatedly attaching and detaching the chair base, the chair back had shaken apart and is not able to be reassembled Chair is moderately comfortable, headrest sufficient but the lack of back support can't be overlooked

Great value, quality and easy to assemble.
Great buy for my son who was getting back ache in his old gaming chair. Yes you have to build the chair but I’d say it’s as good as my office Herman Miller that cost 7x more. Great quality and feels like it will last and is very supportive. Building was very easy as all the bolts are all the same size and it comes with a decent hex/allen key. A few spare bolts also handing should lose one or cross thread.
