OX Trade Black Rubber Mallet - 24 oz

Needed this to put together a shelving unit. Not too heavy, so very easy to use, and it didn't damage the shelving at all. Sturdy build and very good quality at a great price. Very happy with my purchase and would recommend.

Always comes camping with us or out to events! You never know when you need a mallet for ground pegs and it does the job perfect. Nice wooden handle is smooth so can be quite slippy. But otherwise good girth and comfortable to hold. The mallet head itself is large and you would have a hard time missing the mark. The mallet head is also the heaviest bit (as expected) so isn’t evenly weighted over the handle. So plenty of weight is thrown into each hit driving your pegs in quicker and more efficiently.

This would have easily been a 5 star purchase if it wasn't for the label that was stuck to the handle. It's a really good weight, good handle and generally a really good mallet for the general DIYer.

I needed a mallet to bang some pegs into the ground to secure an edging strip in the garden. This was good value and did the job very nicely. A useful tool to add to my collection. Recommended.
