Didn’t work for me

The paint is good but sometimes the cans doesn't has the amount of paint it should. But I've del with company for over 50 years. And they do have good products. First guitars I started making was high school project 1967-68.

I'm on my 3rd bottle of this. It definitely helps, but for me it doesn't work like a traditional pain relief aid. On my first bottle I noticed that over time (weeks) my pain was lessening. I stopped taking it, and maybe 3 weeks in I noticed my back was once again more achy. I started taking it again and the relief this time was faster than when I originally started. So maybe it takes time to build up, and time to leave your system as well. I will note that I do not follow the dosage instructions and take more than suggested, and if I do that on an empty stomach I experience some discomfort, but it goes away in an hour or 2, and isn't really that bad.

It’s plant-based and doesn’t upset my stomach like some other supplements I’ve tried. I also love that it helps with occasional night leg cramps—those used to wake me up at 3 a.m., but not anymore. Highly recommend this for anyone dealing with regular muscle tension, soreness from workouts, or just looking for better recovery support!

Another disappointment. Did not get any relief. Maybe someone else might be more successful. I gave it three stars because I have a very sensitive stomach and nothing I take is tolerable.

It did not do much for relaxing your muscle for me at least. Was not much of pain relief either
