My daughter was traumatized by elf of the shelf. She was convinced he was watching her sleep, getting in her dreams, etc. resulted in some bad dreams and loss of sleep for the house. Bought this “elf deterrent” and ditched the elf- shs sleeping much better now. Just a few squirts on her bed and the house is now getting sleep.

This stuff works really well for sleep. Definitely notice its relaxing effect. I use eight sprays. One thing to note is that if any leaks out of the bottle, beware that it’s extremely sticky.
