Deep Pomogranate Seeds 100gm

If you like playing with curries in the kitchen, this is a great product to have on hand. Like mango powder, it adds a sweet backnote of flavor to the dish. I add as is, but you may want to steep them in hot water to plump them up and then add to the dish along with steeping water. almost like raisins.

If you soak these in water for about 10 minutes at room temp they are edible and delicious

I couldn’t eat them nor use them for anything These are beyond eatable void of any life .. and too dead to plant.

The seeds have a fresh, sweet taste. Unfortunately, they're dryer than expected, with a crunch that borders on grittiness. I will hydrate them before using in recipes.

The service was excellent. I just don't like the taste of the seeds.

Horrible. I don't know if they are supposed to taste the way they do or not. I was trying to copy a green tea recipe that is served at a favorite restaurant. They said they use pomegranate seeds and green tea. It tastes wonderful at the restaurant. I tried these with a couple different types of green tea -- thinking the tea was the problem but I'm pretty sure the problem was the seeds. Maybe I just got a bad batch. I threw them out.
