Good book

A VERY useful teaching book in the 'Teach Your Child Good English Series'. This book is fantastic value for money - well over 100 pages long! It is packed full of information and lessons teaching persuasive writing skills. It teaches and then provides exercises, allowing the child to practice the new skills they have learnt. This book looks in detail at everything from letter writing skills, to writing adverts to writing discursive essays. What's more this book is an enjoyable read - even I enjoyed reading the essays, poems and play. I was also impressed by how up to date it is, considering topical issues, such as, the 2012 Olympic Games etc.I could give this book little fault with regard its content. I just wish I'd had this series of books when my older child was taking exams!
