These converters are excellent! We sent three to our son in another country and he said they were better than any he had ever used or had. He did have access to a device to use it on their country's currrent with no problem. I had made a call to the company before purchasing and the man I talked to was very helpful and very positive about them. Good company to deal with and recommend them and their converters.

I relocated to Africa from the USA and the voltage is way too high for my American appliances so this step down converter works great. There’s nothing special I had to do just plug it in and switch the power switch to the on position from the back. It definitely saved The motors on my electrical appliances from blowing out. I wouldn’t say it’s travel friendly it’s pretty heavy and bulky. Almost like a car battery but not as heavy if that makes any since. But it works.

This voltage converter is very good in my application. Especially in metter of eliminating low frequency distortion. Is filtering very fine low frequency noise. Because I'm using it to 2KW FM Transmitter. When I get always problem with it. But is one problem with it. After 2 hours of work is getting very hot. In cool environment like garage. Definitely need cooling system of any kind.

I bought it to connect device which uses 3000w. Device designed for 110v. I am just wondering if I made a mistake in selection and it’s not designed to use it here in US. Hope someone can help me

I purchased this unit to take to Thailand when I move there ..... I want to use it to charge the batteries to my cordless tools ...... I expect it to work just fine ........

Works as advertised, I used it instead my old 2000W Converter which was getting hot and broke in the end. This one seems to be cool compared to my old converter.

I highly recommend not buying this. It arrived broken, never turned on, and the seller suggested this was very common. Given how difficult it is to return would not advise

I got 5 of those for a project in a country using 220V, now I am using it for a month and till now it works great, but I notice the heat level is high on it, I am a bit afraid if that's will cause a problem in future so I need cool system keep it on normal heat level.

I just received this today. I plugged it into the socket and turned it on, but the power light doesn't even come on. I'm not sure if it's defective or what is wrong. Very disappointing as it was a little expensive. I hope a get some feedback from the manufacturer
