Works great for a leopard gecko! Gives my guy plenty of room to walk around in and explore. Nothing is better than seeing your pets' happy and i could see an instant improvement all around after this affordable enclosure was set up.

She is going to love it

Your ball python will easily escape every night by pushing the flimsy plexiglass front until a gap opens for it to slide out while you sleep. You will wake up every morning wondering if you accidentally rolled over on the escaped snake and crushed it while you slept, or if it found it's way into your sister's closet where, if she finds it before you do, she'll scream before killing it by stomping on it's head. Eventually you'll find it 2 days later in the hall closet behind some storage boxes, but not before hours of searching with your face pressed to the floor and a flashlight to look under every appliance in the kitchen and to sort through every box and bin in the entire house. Then, you'll swear, and put some screws in front of the lid, so the snake won't be able to push it open anymore. And then, you'll love this beautiful habitat that was so much cheaper than some others you considered.

Plexiglass is kinda flimsy...in order to remove the protective plastic from the plexiglass on the lid I unscrewe the plexiglass and it was very easy

First, the bag of hardware was all over the box. Second, the thermometer/hydrometer was already on, unsure of battery. When assembling, the wood split, not because of what I was using but because the screw hold gave out and I needed to back the screw out and it tore the laminate. If I didn’t already have a a creature on the way, I’d take the dang thing apart and send it back. It was easy enough to assemble, but there’s a gap by the hinges, I would t trust this would ANY moisture content…not even watering plants. Would not recommend
