Very well packed and shipped with CARE. Plants are ALWAYS healthy and fresh looking. Why buy from some unknown company when you have FAT PLANTS? Just wish they would label the pots so we can tell what they are.

I cannot rave enough about this company and the quality of cacti they have. I am beyond happy with my order. 1st of all, they were great to work with when placing a customized order. The person I spoke with went out of their way to help me track down the certain kind of cacti I was looking for. When I received it, it was packaged wonderfully and it even came with Halloween colored tissue wrap. It was very cute. I took more pictures than the one I have posted but my camera won't let me post more than 1 for some reason so I wasn't able to capture it. Each of the cacti came in boxes with shredded paper for protection and every single one of these cacti are in excellent shape and came un damaged. These plants are a great size too. I give this company an A+++. Don't think twice about purchasing.

Product arrived exactly as the amazon picture. The picture included with this review was taken within 5 minutes of taking them out of the box. Very healthy, no damage. Unpacking was a little difficult bc it’s a cactus, but idk what else someone would expect. Worth the extra work and a few pokes to get nice, healthy plants. I ordered on Wednesday 1/30/19 to be delivered to my work office, since estimated delivery was on Tuesday 2/5/19. However, USPS attempted delivery that Saturday 2/2/19. Despite the delay, they still arrived a day early on Monday 2/4/19, in perfect condition. If I ever need more succulents, I will definitely order from Fat Plants again.

I love my cacti. These are a perfect size. I had ordered the smaller plants a while ago, and they didn’t do as well, but I was testing a new soil mix which could have hurt them. These 2 however, are still healthy 3 months later (I didn’t use the soil mix for them). They’re very unique and arrived well packaged.

Wow! I was twitchy about ordering these— live plants through the mail are always iffy. I live in Alaska and it was December, but I didn’t want to wait until spring (May here). So I took the plunge. OMG! These are gorgeous! And big! Each was packed individually and securely in its own box and two heat packs were included in the main box—one was still slightly warm. Best packaging I’ve ever seen and I’ve seen a lot!! All cacti are happy and healthy with very little dirt displacement. Excellent variety. In all, I am very impressed and very pleased. I would add a word of caution for those considering buying in winter. We don’t have mail delivery where I live, so these were held warm and happy at the post office and never in danger of being left out in the cold on my front steps...

One of three cacti already had root rot when it arrived, and died a week later. The other two did come healthy and in good shape however. Disappointed

This is a "10 STAR" review. Hands down perfection! Temperatures are dropping, and a heat pack was added. I ordered these on Dec. 20, and they arrived on Dec. 22. California to Illinois in 2 days! I was looking for a (NON video game) gift for our teenaged son. These arrived this morning, and we immediately opened them with smiles and squeals of delight. My son loves them all, especially the purple one. fantastic customer service - hand written thank you note and basic planting instructions included.....biodegradable crinkle paper used....very thoughtfully packaged. Arrived in perfect condition, ....one has buds and flowers THANK YOU FATPLANTS edit: 8/7/24 See the last pic. I'm barely taking care of the two I still have. I gave most away since I have cats. Also, I have to bring them indoors during the winter and one has grown over 3 feet! It's now 39inches tall! It has a few scars from cold weather. Wish I had more time to take better care of it.
