I bought this case and keep it in my car, sometimes clipped to my work bag. I’ve opened it when it’s hot out after sitting in my counsel all day and it seems to protect the narcan from heating too warm, if left in the car on a 80-90 degree day. I love the size. I opened the box and put two in there and they fit perfectly. Able to zip all the way around. I read a review of someone else’s that said it doesn’t fit and that they like to keep in the packaging (assuming box) so the person knows it hasn’t been opened. Well, let me say this: The person you’re using it on has no freaking idea if you opened it from a box or not. They’re on the brink of death and they will not be worried about the two doses being taken out of the boxing vs. packaging that separates the two nasal doses. They separately have their own packaging that is clearly sealed tight. I applaud someone such as yourself who is consciously aware of the epidemic in our country. You’re educated enough to carry Naloxone and that’s good enough for me! As an RN treating patients with OUD for the past 9 years, I’m assuming that reviewer carries Naloxone due to the loss of a dear loved one. Seems easy enough to use, zipper doesn’t catch, is as appears and made with quality. Protected against the elements, dropping and wear and tear from carrying in a work bag. Worth every dollar.

This seems to be a quality made item. It fits two nasal Narcan/Naloxone dosing meters easily and with the orange color is so easy to locate when needed.

Very handy. Fits perfectly into my pant's cargo pocket. Very durable, has not shown any noticable wear. I can fit four Narcan sprays, a pair of exam gloves, CPR mask and sanitizing wipes easily. Makes carrying Narcan convenient and quickly accessible. During an overdose event time it's crucial, I have four rescues chalked up since obtaining this and it really makes a world of difference in the quality and speed of care

Great bag but I didn't read carefully enough that it DOES NOT HAVE NARCAN included.
