Been using 4 years Update has been two additional years and I’m still using and enjoying this and the benefits that it gives me I’m 72 now and I think it really helps

Haven't used this for very long but it does't cause any stomach upset, etc. Most research doesn't show much promise for the use of brain supplements. So i will see.

I believe this our 2nd bottle. It didn't really feel it was doing something for our focus & memories despite us braving the awful taste and smell; but ended up upsetting both our tummies.

I think this is a really good product, includes iron that will change your B M's.

Unfortunately I am unable to to take this medication per my physician, so I cannot give a review for you. However my brother has been taking these and he does admit that he notices an improvement in his memory

I am in my 70’s and noticed the normal decline. I decided to try this supplement after reading the reviews. After about two weeks, I noticed a definite improvement and focus. Related or not, I have returned to hitting the gym three times a week lifting weights. A miracle drug, probably not, but I plan to continue using it since it clearly helps!

Took this supplement for 30 days. I went to my physicians office for a regular check and discovered that my blood pressure was up to 160/100 from my normal 120/80. I was told to stop taking the supplement due to the fact that it has ginseng in it and see if my blood pressure went back to normal (I had taken no new medications during this time). My blood pressure went back to normal. Monitor your blood pressure if you want to take this supplement to see if it has a negative effect on you.
