SERVICE AND SUPPORT
After update from Android 8 to 9 the FLIR camera is no longer working.The CAT support did not answer for a week, not even sent a confirmation for my request. After second time contacting them the told me to soft reset (small button und the SIM-card cover). If it does not work, factory reset. BOTH DID NOT WORK.PS: the softreset, i guess is for nothing as long as you can access the phone and simply restart it.The factory reset nerfs because complete new setup mandatory. Such fools this was my last CAT device. Manly because of very bad service.Also because the S61 is not sadisfing. The distance laser is Kindergarten. Missing fingerprintsensor and wireless charching. Not rootable. Even with pm uninstall through ADB shell it is not possible to completly remove the google search bar.How really needs a FLIR cam I reccomend to buy a stand alone flir cam like the FLIR C2 or C3 and any other phone.
