This is my favorite styling product for my thick wavy to curly hair. And I've tried many. Incredible value too. It's hard to find it, so appreciate that I could still get it on Amazon.

Local store used to carry, and I tried it and loved it. Tried other brands, but this is the best. Now I get it on Amazon as it is the only thing that helps my curls not frizz. Wash, towel dry, go sparingly with gel (short hair), let dry and then run fingers through it to remove any stiffness. Leaves hair shiny and soft if you use it correctly. Next day, I mist hair with water and finger comb into curls again. One tube lasts me 5-6 months! I have also used it for smooth style with dryer, but who needs that much work when you can wash and go?

I have very curly hair I blow out straight every other day. I’ve never found a replacement for Sebastian Laminates gel (if you’re old enough to remember it). This comes close. Minimizes frizz for sure. I just wish it added more shine.

I have tried quite a few products to try to add some bulk to my very fine hair. This stuff is amazing! It's absolutely the best I've ever tried--it's not heavy, it doesn't leave a sticky residue on my hair but it keeps the body & lift in all day. I highly recommend it--I love it! And apparently because I love it, all the retail stores in my area have now stopped selling it. They still carry John Frieda products, just not this one. Thank God for Amazon!

Got half the order right. Received one clearly defined and one dream curls. I will be keeping because they both work just clearly define works better.

This works well with my naturally curly hair. It gives it a little extra body, and you only need a small amount. There really isn’t much of a fragrance and would work for males and females alike. I will continue to purchase and recommend this gel!

good hold, not crispy. Holds even after brushing out. could be a little stronger but pretty darn good.
