Use for the whole family
Love this tape,it came recommended from a sports therapist, the colours are great, easy to follow instructions.Just be careful when removing from the skin - my daughter has sensitive skin and this sometimes leave friction type burns.

Firmer than other brands
Good firm support! I’ve tried a variety of brands and this one is definitely best (I had mcl injury)I use the cheaper less firm brand around the top n bottom of knee joint and this is good for to attach the Rock tape and cross it over the actual injury. xEx

There is no tape like rocktape!
I've been using kinesiology tape for about the last five years, none match the quality of Rocktape, yes they are a bit more expensive than other brands, but you get what you pay for. Easily lasts 5 + days.Lots of different designs. Waterproof.Love this current design I've purchased. Highly recommended product.

Used to keep on libre sensor
I use rock tape to keep my libre sensor on its adhesive is good and last for a few days
