Q: Is this a perfumed hair spray?

Yes but not too overpowering. I'm asthmatic and it doesn't make me coughm

Q: can it hold hair all day or when it rains does it wash it out

It can hold all day and if you run your fingers through it, it helps lift it but remains effective. It goes a bit sticky in the rain but holds reasonable OK.

Q: can you use this when straightening hair ?

I cannot answer that one. I use it to hold my hair in place as a hairspray.

Absolutely, Paul Mitchell Hair spray is the best on the market. I don't buy any other. Its quite a light hairspray when you first put it on your hair, but it holds your hair even in strong wind. People have often said, your hair always looks as if you have just walked out of the hairdressing Salon. Buy it, you won't regret it. Betty Boo
