Works great - I use it after Softball and Workouts. This was my second purchase so I can do both knees simultaneously.

I use this item regularly to help cover post work out. I deal with a bit of arthritis and often have sore joints after training. This item slides right over the area that I need and provides the benefit that I need. This is very cold when taking out of the freezing so I often let it sit a room temp for about 10-15 minutes before use.

This pack is so comfortable!! A thin towel over it, then I raise the head and foot of my bed a little and go to sleep. When I wake up, it goes back to the freezer and is ready pretty quickly. Love it!!!
