100% worth the buy!
Such an amazing product that exceeded my expectations. I was nervous to leave my cats for a week but this camera gave me so much peace of mind. I put it where I can see their automatic feeders and water and the camera quality was good. Setup was easy as well. We were several states away so I was nervous about connection but the app worked perfectly every time. You do have to purchase the app but in my opinion it’s worth the money. I love that I get notifications every time my cat is on camera and it records when they enter the room as well. I would purchase this again.

Pet owners best friend!
I recently purchased Furbo to replace my other pet cameras, and I'm so glad that I did. The quality is amazing. It gives me ease of mind knowing that I can check in on my dog anytime. The motion detection is awesome! I get alerts when my dog is lying on the couch, getting active, barking, and it even has person detection. Oh and it even has a treat dispenser! The functionality is just what I was looking for. Just plug it in and follow the setup up instructions which takes no time. I love the zoom feature because sometimes my dog chews on things I can't make out. So having that feature is very handy. There are so many other cool features that come with this product. I love it!!

Great product!
The media could not be loaded. This is the best thing ever. It gives you tips on how to train your pets so they are not afraid of it and it’s awesome to see a summary at the end of the day. I love that I can recognize all three of my pets, including the fact that I have two chocolate labs and it is able to distinguish between both of them.I also have a Maltese with anxiety issues and having this camera means that not only can I monitor what he is doing, but I can talk to him through the camera and I can give him treats. He has not had any anxiety issues since we have had the Furbo.Super easy to set up, the lag is incredibly minimal and the video quality is great. Sound quality is great as well. It has a nice sturdy base and is built very well. I would definitely recommend this to all pet lovers.

I like it
The product itself is great, we just had our limitations having a dog that chows down anything so we don't really use the treat and feather on the furbo much. We tried the free subscription and honestly, it was pretty good getting videos recorded of your cat while you're away and interactions that you have with your cat. We had lots of funny interactions with our cat that we saved while we were on the free trial and I do miss that a little bit. It was nice to have a track record to see when your cat was last active, especially if she's hiding on the live camera. The notifications were a bit excessive though, I think you're able to control that but I just didn't bother. The quality of the video isn't like a 4K or anything special, but it's good enough to see everything clearly. The camera has a really wide range it can cover, it's blind spot probably only is like a good 30 degrees behind itself, so you can pretty much see anything in the room. There's no zoom feature, nor can the camera pan up or down so you have to make sure your placement is pretty good. The night vision also helps cause it toggles itself on/off automatically or you can toggle it manually. The treat system seems easy to use, just fill from the top and control from your phone app. We don't use it to throw treats, but we do use it to make a chirping sound to get our cats attention. The microphone feature is great, I've stopped our gobbler dog to not dig into our cats litter box by yelling into it. I honestly don't know how it sounds cause I never tested it but, my pets can hear me so it's ok.I do wish the subscription was free, it wasn't so expensive as I remember it but I'm currently just using it free. Maybe when I feel the need to spy on my cat a little more, I would resub but for the time being, I'm content with just the free account. Don't get me wrong though, it is definitely convenient to be subscribed.

Updated: I bought 2 of these 1.5 years apart, with sub. App could use work but the camera is great
UPDATE NOV 2020: I bought another one (when it was on sale for about 40% off, I would not pay full price if planning on using without premium features - Furbo's premium bundle may be a cheaper option if you are willing to shell out the full price) about a year and a half after my first purchase as I had to leave my first one behind in a different country when I returned home due to COVID conditions. The first time around I had the premium subscription feature, but this time I decided I only need the treat tossing and camera feature so I am currently using it on regular features. While I was on the sub, they would periodically send surveys asking things like which features would you like, how much would you be willing to pay for these features, etc. They have since taken away many of the free features and added them to the sub so obviously the rest of their clientelle is richer than I am. But they did keep the basics which is what I need so I am okay with that so far. Free feature comes with the camera (+ audio), treat tossing, voice recording to play when tossing a treat, and barking alerts. Premium features more or less make the Furbo into a security camera (person alert, alarm alert, etc.) which was useful for me on the first one because I lived on my own (it would let me know when apartment management came by to do maintenance while I wasn't home, etc.) but not so much anymore because we have a separate security camera system at my current place. The product has not changed much (the app has updated - keep reading for app review), the camera is still great, 1080p with great night vision. Functionality has not changed either, I am using Zuke's brand training treats and it tosses out 3-5 at a time (they are 2 calories each so this is a good amount). I do not have Alexa connected to the new one so I don't know how much improvement there has been for that. The issue I had with the app is connecting the new device. The green light indicating the device was on connection mode was on but the app would do nothing when I pressed next. I spoke to the live chat help within the app but it crashed when I attempted to upload a photo of the device serial number as they requested and couldn't get back into the chat room again. They then contacted me by e-mail to follow up (good customer service on that end, though I fixed the issue on my own by then). The issue was that the app asks you for permission to access location when setting up first, but if you click on "only this time" instead of "all the time" the app will not respond for whatever reason. It connected properly once I gave it location access for "all the time" (I took away the permission after set up and it works fine without it). One star off for that this time because app needs some troubleshooting. I did not have many issues with the app prior to the update. Also I recorded the same thing I had on the first camera to play when tossing a treat and my dog still recognizes it (:------FIRST REVIEW AUG 2019:I bought this camera after doing a lot of research on other pet cameras. I specifically wanted one that could do wifi streaming, treat tossing, and Alexa capability. It does all those things plus night vision quality is great, but like some other reviewers mentioned Alexa does not work correctly so one star off for that (but that could also be an Alexa specific thing, as she has trouble with some of my other appliances). I mainly use it to keep an eye on my 9 month old pup who likes to eat my chairs while I'm gone to class and on my 1 month old Roomba that likes to chase her around. Works great for that purpose and night vision quality is great, much better than I originally anticipated. Treat tossing is good too, at first I used kibbles but it shoots out a lot at once so I switched to larger treats broken into pieces. My pup learned very quickly that my voice coming from it means cookies. It also doubles as a security camera with person detection. Also the daily diary videos are a hoot! I look forward to watching them every day (:
