The Carlson Labs Vitamin D3 Natural 10,000 IU product I received was supplied by Vitaminshub and shipped by Amazon. It was fresh will a long shelf live. The capsules were of a convient size and shape to easily take daily as my vitamin D supplement. I was taking the 50,000 IU Rx product once weekly and it was not able to maintain my Vitamin D to a satifactory level which for me this as a daily dosage has been able to do. I decided to give it a try based on my prior experience with the Carlson Fish Oil Liquid Omega-3. I have not been disappointed. If you need to take a vitamin D suppliment I recommend this product is worthy of your consideration.

This is a decent product that works. Take these because I do not get outside enough to absorb vitamin D from sunlight. When I take these and they help when I get the feeling of vertigo from low vitamin D.
