I feel a lot better for taking omega capsules.

I’ve been taking this supplement for a month now and have just realised I haven’t reached for my eye drops in the last few days, normally I’d have to apply drops quite frequently. I’m used to waking up with extremely dry eyes and have to remember to open them very slowly when I wake up but even in the mornings my eyes are much improved. I’ve not done or taken anything else so it must be this supplement that is suddenly making a difference. I will keep buying!

Since taking this product, my dry eyes have improved considerably, and I don't need to use dry eye drops as often. I've seen an improvement after two weeks of use, and will continue to take them.

I like these softgells. I take them to prevent the symptoms of my hayfever. If you struggle with dry eyes, irritation and hayfever I highly recommend. I usually get sea buckthorn softgells from Holland&Barret but was looking for cheaper version. I take 2 softgells in the morning just before breakfast. My hair is shinier too but I have been taking sea buckthorn for over 4 months now.

Bought these as a substitute for the more expensive, boxed brand I'd been recommended and what can I say. They seem to be every bit as effective and I'll be sticking with these in the future.

The product arrived before delivery date. The capsules are small and easy to swallow. I feel a difference in my skin and eyes already after around 5 days. I am going to reorder as these are the best I have tried.

As i have only been taking a week, I can't say if they "work", but they are difficult to keep separated in the bottle - being a gel type they stick to each other and are difficult to get just one out, in spite of shaking the container to separate them before and after opening it. However when you do get one out, they are not too large, and are easy to swallow.
