This kettle is a wonderful product by KitchenKite (Katie).It comes with four double-walled glass cups and truly lives up to its description.The design is simplistic and easy to use and the kettle is dishwasher proof and stove proof. I've not tried it in the microwave as I've never had the need to heat it up through a microwave and enjoy watching the kettle boil. However, if it can withstand a dishwasher and a stove, I'm pretty sure that it can manage a microwave.At first it feels like the kettle handle is unsturdy to use when holding a pot of boiling water but it is a strong product, on the other hand I do use a teacosy to support the body when taking it anywhere.I may have been eager when opening the product to not read the instructions as I just had 'dishwasher proof' in my head and assumed it applied to all products received. This was not the case when it came to the double-walled glass cups.I put two in the dishwasher and in one glass cup it had enlarged a hole causing water to seep in creating what can only be described as a ghostly fish tank. It was cool and beautiful to look at but also a depressing situation.I contacted Katie about the issue and she was professional and most importantly very understanding and we've agreed to settle for a new replacement set to be sent for the double-walled glass cups (they don't do individual replacements).I'm not one to give out five-star ratings but I'm not one to shy to away from awarding five-star ratings when greatly deserved.The kettle is GREAT buy, affordable for the long run, made by a compassionate owner, comes with no strings attached, does what it says on the tin and on top of all of this you would be supporting an independent company.Just don't put the double-walled cups in the dishwasher.Great work, Katie!

Really love this tea pot and the guarantee that you can sign up for when it arrives was an added bonus. The little cups don't have handles but still a gorgeous little set . Also loved the humour on the card when asked to sign up for guarantee.

Dishwasher safe.. I can keep or remove the inner strainer and the lid cand perfectly close the teapot .. unlike other brands which cannot do that.. the cups are so cute and the whole set is value for money..

The media could not be loaded. Good quality. Not easy to clean. The strainer has changed color from tea stains.It’s hard to sip tea without spilling from these tea cups. But the quality is good. The teapot is very useful and looks great.I am really sad that my pot broke few days ago.

Really nice set. I made lemon tea, drank some and then kept the remainder the fridge and drank it cold over a 3 day periodand. In my fridge I had to turn the lid upside down so that the teapot would fit on my shelf. It’s a very good quality teapot with a lovely sieve and lid. You can take off all the metal parts (sieve, sieve support and lid) and stick it in the microwave to heat up the cold tea if you want too. I have also used it with hot water only as a pour over coffee accessory as it has a lovely non drip pouring spout. Gentle. A nice addition would be spout cleaner as tea does have a tends fancy to stain.
