After getting it from friends for years, I finally decided to buy myself a tub, and WOW, I'm glad I got it.It's part of my morning routine now - this stuff is science-backed and tastes great!I think its a great way to add some support to your gut, and if anyone is wondering if it's a good purchase, I would recommend getting it and starting with 1 scoop a day and aiming to get yourself to 3 a day!

Ordered the Mango and it has a very good flavor. I use it in Vitamin water with a little cranberry-grape juice. It tastes good and works really well within minutes. Mild with no cramping. I take it along with a Linzess pill. I do this routine Monday, Wednesday, and Friday to insure my regularity.

It's ok. First for me trying something like this. May just need to get used to it, but feel it has an off taste to it. Added a little strawberry powered water flavorer to help hide the taste, seems to help. Not sure if I will buy more.

If you're sensitive to taste and various sweeteners this may not be for you. Figured that would be the case but after all the targeted marketing wanted to give it a try anyway. Can't even finish a glass the taste is so off-putting, so can't speak to efficacy if you manage to consume it.

I have been using Hydration Hero for about a year and decided to try the Gut Guardian. Great taste and easy to digest.
