If you want an effortless way to clean and sanitise your home without using any chemicals, this steam cleaner is an excellent choice. Steam production is excellent. It uses very little water and offers a good runtime, making it both efficient and economical. It cleans floors, tiles, sinks, chimneys, grout, hard-water stains, and stubborn dirt extremely well. Grout cleaning, in particular, is surprisingly easy with this. One of the best design features is that the mop stands on its own, so you don’t need to lean it against a wall—small detail, but very convenient. The attachments provided are more than sufficient for regular household cleaning needs. Noise level is tolerable and not disturbing. Overall, a very practical and effective steam cleaner for everyday deep cleaning.

Don’t buy unless you have a water distiller, as using regular water will damage the device and invalidate the warranty. The seller does not inform you this until you buy it. And once you bought it and realize that you can’t use it, you can’t return it. This is cheating, as the requirement should be clearly stated by the seller before you buy it. Amazon should remove this seller until they update the product description.

It's good and value fir money product. Very much needed for killing germs and parasites crawling on floor. No need of disinfectant as the steam does most of the job. Heat level is good. Light weight easy to handle. Steam starts coming under 30 seconds which is fast. I mainly bought it for floor and surface disinfection. But as it has multiple nozzles itvcan be used for cleaning kitchen and washroom too. My only concern is two mop pads are provided which are good in quality, but they're not selling the mop pads seperately. One tip: Use RO water for longevity as hard water may cause rust inside and cause issues.

Performance is poor. just releases steam. don't expect it to clean anything. Less less time and effort to scrub where its dirty rather than hoping and trying to clean with this contraption. just a glorified item. Would have returned if returnable. unfortunately no! May b the reason that everybody will return it. So item is non returnable
