Q: Will it be ok for boat floor and how long will it take to drie

Great for floor of fibre glass i just done my boat Orkney Long Liner came up great dries in about an hour

Q: I am building an aquarium cabinet & it needs to be waterproof. Please confirm if the above paint is suitable + do I need anything else?

I have never used this by an aquarium,but I have Benn using international paint for years and the paint quality has been extremely good, I have dogs and when they splash or are wet it just wipes off, it doesn't seem to discolour like other paints, I would always use this in areas where you want to wipe your paint work down and the water just runs off it, it is also a very high gloss mirror finish, I will be ordering more of this as I have just ran out, hope this helps

Q: Do you need a primer or undercoat

Using as touch up so not relevant. It depends what type of hull (wood/fibreglass/steel?) you are putting it on, and what is there already. Suggest you check with manufacturer

Q: Is Toplac an oil based paint?

Yes Toplac is an oil based paint and therefore the brushes need to be cleaned with white spirit. I would not use anything else on my boats.
