I make chicken pot pie in the 16 ounce cocottes and I chill the 24 ounce cocotte on the refrigerator for serving pasta and garden salads. Clean up is a snap and stuck on foods come off with a little time soaking.

I’ve used it about 15 times now. And I love it. Love the color , the size, easy to keep clean. Heats evenly , and makes a lot of great 1-2 servings meals for someone cooking for one. Highly recommend. Obviously would also be excellent for side dishes, desserts etc.
