This product is a high quality, fine powder which dissolves well in hot water to give a dark brown liquid, with the appearance of strong tea. To me it seems potent. I am not medically qualified, but I quickly experienced what I felt to be some beneficial effects (e.g. less urinary urgency and better flow). I can't say if these were simply psychological, but they were good enough for me so I reordered immediately. Of course it's always wise to check with your doctor about herbal remedies and I will be doing that, but in the meantime I take one teaspoon and a half a day dissolved in a fruit tea.

Arrived quickly, too early to comment on it's efficacy. Taste is good hope it does what it's reported to do.

I originally bought this product for my husband to ensure he doesn't get any prostrate issues and on a whim started drinking it myself because I read it was good for your bladder and kidneys. I have suffered for more than 20 years with cronic UTI's and kidney issues as a result of too many antibiotics. I have been taking half a teaspoon in a cup of warm water every morning and have not had a UTI for more than 3 months now! This has honestly made such a difference in my life. I am on my third bottle, my sister is now using it and I have recommended it to all my family and friends. On another note (and I am not sure if it's related but I think it is) my hair is feeling fabulous too!

Loved this product. Top quality and brilliant for not just overall health but for mens prostrate issues and ladies reproductive systems...would definitely recommend as helped me enormously..will be buying again! I put 1/2 teaspoon in warm water with some honey to taste, delicious and a very healthy alternative to tea or coffee!

The box came well protected. Although when I took off the tap sealing from the bottle it almost got open itself, not sure if this is normal.

Used this product as a drink on its own, it was a bit bland , but felt the benefits after three weeks of taking it so without a doubt will be re ordering.
