seam across nipple line on a nursing bra??
wow this is a really great sport nursing bra EXCEPT they put big, irritating seam line right on the nipple line. i can't believe this bra is from LLL! that is a huge flaw and they need to put some sort of soft material inner lining over that. as it is i recommend while you are using this for exercise to use a breast pad. which is a whole lot softer than this terribly designed annoying seam. if it were covered appropriately then i would have given this product a 5 but it lost 3 stars because that is one horrible design flaw. seriously, buy it if you need a great sports bra and just insert some breast pads, but don't buy this and think it is going to be comfortable without it. also the nursing snaps are a little bit too high in terms of when mom has to grab and go, but that is also negilible compared to the seam.1/23/2013 update: ladies sice writing this I've used it countless times. This is one of 3 bras I use for high impact aerobics while nursing. It is tight and I would not be able to wear it overnight. However for a few hours of exercise (high impact) this is good support... in combination with another bra or two depending on chest size. Like before, there is an uncomfortable seam along a sensitive line area. In the beginning it wasn't possible to wear this due to that problem. However as your skin becomes more accustomed to breastfeeding, it generally becomes less sensitive and it is then that you can wear this bra over another (like a soft night nursing bra). The third bra I use is a champion one, out of 3 with high intensity support. On its own, this bra is a great idea. I ust don't think nursing women have small chests or need a seam rubbing right in a sensitive area. One plus is that right after a run, if baby is fussy, it's so easy to open it. I do find the clip too high, however if it was lower it would lose shape like every other nursing bra I've owned. So that's one of the great things about this bra is that it retains its shape over 2 years that I've owned it! I am considering buying another, and wouldnt hesitate at all if it was less expensive (like $15 or under, which is its value in my own opinion). This was written by a real mom, who exercises in this. Also I will up its value from a 2 to a 4 because in combination with another this might work. (I got a large sized and have worn it throughout no matter how large or small I have been).

sizing pretty good
After reading other reviews about the sizing being a little big, I decided to go with the large bra. I'm wearing a 38D right now in a regular nursing bra, and I really wanted to be able to jog in the sports bra. The cup size is fabulous. The seams that others complained about crossing over their nippes don't cross over mine...especially when I readjust a bit. The only thing that is a little off for me is the size of the band around my rib cage. I'm hoping that as I run and get back in shape, that will become a non issue. I'm not sure if I had gone with the XL if I would've been as comfortable running in it. I can definitely put up with it during my daily jogs and change out of it afterwards.Besides sizing, the only other thing I've noticed that could be a little annoying is how hard it is to get the cup clipped back up after nursing. It definitely takes both hands, so if I'm holding my son, sometimes I just pull the cup up with the intention of clipping it back up when I have both hands free. Today I was halfway through my walk/jog when I realized I still hadn't done that. Embarrassing. :) The reason it's pretty near impossible to clip it back up one handed is simply because the clip is really high up on the strap. Maybe in a different size bra, or on a different shaped body, that may not even be an issue.Overall, this is a great bra and will last me for the duration of time I plan on nursing -- another 9 months or so. I will probably buy another one in white.

Pretty good. I'd buy again.
Really good nursing sports bra. Mine was a little more snug than I would like so maybe I'd get the next size up if I was ording again. But the clasps are easy to do up and undo with one hand. Over all give really easy access to breastfeed. The only other thing is that there is no kind of padding on it so if you don't have a nursing pad of any kind on you will leak through very quickly and of you plan on using just as sports bra afterwards it doesn't hide where your nipple is at all. But overall I really like this bra.

Nice quality but uncomfortable underarms and limited compression
This is a good quality, well-made bra. The clip-down nursing feature is great, especially considering how hard it is to find a nursing sports bra at all. I was especially excited about this bra because it was one of the few nursing sports bras that I could find which had the traditional wide straps and racer back characteristics of a regular high impact sports bra. (I agree with other reviews that the clips are a bit high on the straps, but they are not difficult to use at all.) The price is great and I was excited to support the La Leche League.Unfortunately, I found the cut of the underarm area to be too high, causing it to dig in to my skin uncomfortably. I found this discomfort to be worse when I moved during exercise, and my range of arm motion was actually somewhat restricted due to the immobilizing aspect of the high-cut underarm. The amount of support/compression that this bra provides was not as high as what I was looking for, either, despite it being advertised as appropriate for "high impact."I considered returning the bra and re-buying it in a size down for the sake of gaining greater compression (I ordered based on the LLL website's size chart), but I decided against this because I assumed the underarm cut would be even more uncomfortable in a smaller size. Otherwise, the bra fit perfectly- the LLL size chart was accurate for me. Just not what I was looking for. I was very disappointed that I had to return the bra and look for another one elsewhere. I would have kept this bra for light exercise use if the underarm cut was lower for comfort and less limiting in terms of mobility.

A great nursing sports bra that holds my breasts in place ...
A great nursing sports bra that holds my breasts in place and doesnโt cause discomfort when doing high impact exercise like running/jumping. The drop cups are great for feeding when in the middle of exercising. Slightly snug but not uncomfortably so, I ordered an XL and Iโm measuring at a 38C although I do need to get measured again. I would buy another one but not sure if I would size up or keep to the XL as it does feel comfortable and contained when running.

Comfy but unsupportive
Good for daily use but not supportive enough for anything more active than slow walks or yoga. Very comfy.

It's a very comfortable nursing bra
It's a very comfortable nursing bra, and provides adequate support for my daily activities as a stay-at-home mother, but I definitely wouldn't use it for any kind of athletic activity. (To be perfectly fair, I'm--ahem--quite a bit above average in 'that' area, so I look for hardcore-locked-down-strapped-in-you're-not-moving-AT-ALL support in a sports bra.)

Does not fit...size chart is wrong
I went by the size chart and ordered a size larger, based on the reviews saying it fits small. I wear 4-6 clothes and ordered a medium. The straps are not even close to long enough and I am not a tall person. Not happy with this purchase at all.
