This bike is the most fun I've had on a two wheeler in a long time! It's a major head turner which may get annoying, after people ask you the same questions in the middle of traffic for the 100th time! I've had it for over 6 weeks now and I've ridden it for a total of over 125km in Bengaluru. The bike is lightweight but feels strong enough for my height 5'10 and weight 70+kg. It's great for quick trips to run errands around your neighborhood, visit friends or go on a joyride. I've tested the range and got about 35km on a full charge. It's very zippy and easily hits speeds of 25kmph and may go a little over depending on your weight or if you're going downhill - so this is not a toy for kids! Due to the small wheels you benefit from pedaling only when you're starting off from a stop or have slowed down to nearly a full stop due to traffic or speed bumps. It does fit into the trunk of even small cars like celerio when folded. I've carried it up and down stairs multiple times without difficulty - so it's true when they say small enough to carry and big enough to ride. It's like a kick-scooter with a seat and pedals. Had to deal with customer service for some issues and am relieved to say they have been very responsive in providing guidance/support and sending replacement parts that you can easily get a local bicycle mechanic to fix for you (they also offered to reimburse the mechanic's charges up to a certain amount). Keep in mind this is a bicycle and not a full size scooter/motorcycle and may need minor adjustments using basic tools from time to time. For any major service needs you may need to ship it back to their service center - hopefully you won't need to.

It's really convenient to ride, and I'm using it daily to commute from home to office. However, I have one concern regarding the power switch button. Since there's no lock for the switch button, anyone can accidentally or intentionally turn it on while parking, and the same goes for the light button, which results in easy power drainage. I hope Uboard can address this issue in the next model by implementing a solution to prevent unintentional power switch on.

It's incredibly compact, and as a 6-foot-tall rider, I found it super comfortable—and my 5'1" brother loves it too. It's zippy, sleek, and an absolute head-turner. The perfect combination of style and practicality. Highly recommended! Easily gives you 25 km range in one single charge. The charging is around 5 hours which is a little longer than I prefer but definitely not a deal breaker.
