I was a little skeptical about purchasing such an expensive water filter for my kitchen sink, even on a limited deal for $30 off, but I had tried some of the single filters, and they didn’t seem to connect right, leaving water leaks, and the refrigerator dispenser doesn’t have enough flexibility while also being in front of the ice dispenser, which always makes me accidentally hit it. This was simple enough to install; however, the directions are super confusing so I suggest you watch a YouTube video on how to install it like I did. All you need to do is type “installation instructions for…. (Insert product name here)” on google and the manufacturer installation guide is the first video that pops up. It’s helpful to see how the rings are attached because the paper instructions are garbage with diagrams that don’t really label anything and only vague written instructions. This water filter also came equipped with everything you need for setup, minus the wrench. It even included a water diverter/tee for the cold water line pre-installed on the line and two sets of plumbers tape. My suggestion is that you tighten the valve/diverter right at the cold water line more than you think you need to as just the simple hand tightening and a quarter turn with the wrench won’t do it for this one and you’ll have leaks when you open the line back up. I already had a different faucet installed, but the connection for the outlet water seems to be universal and you don’t have to use the included faucet if you don’t want to. I couldn’t find just the water filtration system as a stand-alone item, so it seems to only come with the faucet. I don’t like that because it drives the price up for an extra item I don’t need, but I digress. After you install the filter, make sure to run it for a little bit to clear the line. If you try to grab a drink within the first few minutes of use, you’ll end up with charcoal in your water from the filters. I don’t know if it’s the faucet I used or the unit but the water pressure is actually pretty great coming out of the line and fills my water bottles up very quickly. It maybe takes 10 seconds to get 20 oz of water in my Stanley. It’s much quicker than our Whirlpool fridge dispenser and adjustable so you can move it to the precise location you need without taking the lids off your bottles. I see other reviews mentioning and showing videos of the PPE levels coming out of the filtered water, which are close to tap water, and this had me concerned. I did some research and this is not a reverse osmosis filter, so the minerals remain in the water, closely resembling tap. I didn’t want to go through all the hoopla of getting a reverse osmosis water filter because then you have water waste as well as needing an outlet to plug in the unit and drilling holes in the drain pipes for waste water. I have an outlet under the sink for our garbage disposal but everything else just seemed like sooooooooo much extra work. This unit was able to be set up in less than 10 minutes with the filter faucet already being installed. If I had to do that, it would have taken me maybe 5 more minutes. This unit is simple and efficient, with the water tasting much better than with the single filter or from the fridge. All in all, this is a pretty solid little water filtration system and I’m happy with it but only time will tell if it has longevity/durability. I’ll be sure to update my review should something go awry or the unit fails, but for now, it gets 4 stars from me.

This is a great product. Water tastes much better! I installed it myself (60 y/o woman) in the hole in the granite that was a soap dispenser. We’ve used it for 6 months which is when you replace the first filter. Replacing the filter was very easy. Highly recommend.

We are so grateful to waterdrop. They were incredible helpful 👏 and they really care about they customer. We got a problem with our faucet and the replace it without hesitation. Plus I wasn't happy with the filter and they take care of that sending a new unit (RO) with hopefully the taste will be better .We pay a mall difference of money, but it worth it , you know why?? Because they customer service KARINA. She was fenomenal! Helping us in every step on the way. Always in contact with us resolving and responding our questions. So patient and so kind! Thank you waterdrop and thank you so much Karina W!!

This is a great looking and well working water filtration system. I bought it because it fits the under sink area perfectly well and the filters can be changed easily, without the mess the RO systems create and the water waste that RO systems provide. It is completely quiet and provides a great value for the money. It's reminder for filter changes is very nice too. I had this system for over a year. Its faucet had a slight drip. Their customer service agent Karina quickly sent me a new faucet even though the warranty period has passed. I recommended it two friends, who also had for over a year now, and without issues. I appreciate much when sellers stand behind their product.

I live on a military base and the water is…questionable at best. The fridge water with a new filter taste like straight up chlorine so I bought this (for cooking, dog water, filling up my mammoth Stanley… you get the idea) specifically bc a single reviewer mentioned no chlorine taste. And they were correct! It also seems like the filters *should* last a long while and can be replaced separately instead of when only one dies off which I really like. The body fits perfectly under the sink for us but I would deeply suggest measuring your under sink area. I personally believe it will fit most sinks but it’s the piping you must measure around that idk why I just didn’t take that into consideration. The water FLOWS. And it’s a beautiful stream that doesn’t shoot through any sort of aerator so it looks more like coming out of a hose vs a kitchen tap. The faucet also shoots towards the center of the sink instead of straight down which I hadn’t previously thought about but I really appreciate it being able to adapt to any sort of bowl/pot/kettle I try to fill instead of bumping against the sink to try to get water into. Instructions could have been better - especially about ANY sort of flushing information (10 mins, btw) - so I found YouTube videos about it instead. Is it also annoying that the black version was $50 cheaper than the brushed nickel? Yeah. But at least I can tell guests to “drink from the black tap” easily enough.
