Looks good but can't handle the extremes of a biker. Strap broke off fairly quickly!

Honestly, I didn't like it gave it away. What kind of bike is it? Do you have a rack/ sissy bar?

Does it come with a shoulder strap to carry once its off the bike?

The straps used to secure it to the sissy can be used to hold and carry it, but it isn't overall comfortable so not recommended for long use. Mostly just from bike to inside.

Is a rain cover included ?

No cover is included. Snaps and zippers cover openings nicely. The entire unit seems a little lightweight, but does the job.
