AUTOartSTOP 'N GO RUBBER MUSHROOM PLUGS - 10 PACK

Purchased to top up my existing puncture kit. These plugs are excellent. Got me out of trouble many times and paid for themselves many times over. On my motorcycle these provide a temporary ' get home' repair but on my off road equipment I have undertaken many permanent repairs. Best puncture repair plugs I've used.

I'm so proficient with these now - just think they should have been wrapped individually as they are lubricated - so keep them in a bag that you can seal otherwise they might harden after you open the bag and become useless. Saved me many pounds on tyre repairs. I have repaired several times including whilst fully laden on a BMW R1200RT and two up on tour. travelled 2000 miles after a couple of repairs with no adverse affects to ride or handling always keep them in a panier now.

These are replacement rubber plugs exactly as described, although mine were not lubricated (easily fixed - no problem). I haven't used them yet and I hope I never need them.

I was not using these for puncture repair. My little trailer has 8 quarter inch holes drilled in its lid where a roof box can be attached. With no roof box, the rain gets in. These mushroom plugs were perfect to plug the holes when they are not in use

I have found that I get punctures rarely which means that every time I have to use it I've forgotten how it works and often destroy a couple of these mushrooms before I make an effective repair.I must have bought the kit nearly 10 years ago and I was running out of these mushrooms hence this purchase.There are a lot more mushrooms in this bag than in the original kit - of course you have to make sure they don't dry out and keep the bag pretty well sealed.

Replacement plugs which presume work as well as the ones that came with the original kit. Very happy to have found these as our family seem to run over a lot of nails!

i had 2 punctures in the rear tyre on my kawasaki gtr 1400,they worked a treat,i recommend these 100%.

these really are a life saver, when used correctly they will see you home. paired with some gas canisters.
