I wanted a decent probiotic that didn't come in a big pill. These taste decent. Time will tell if they help my digestive system.

The taste is not bad and I like the texture. I like that it’s made for women’s health, with cranberry, and contains multiple strains. However, the first ingredient, Bacillus Coagulans is contraindicated for people with low kidney function and oxalate crystals or kidney stones. I have the first two conditions, so I probably won’t be able to buy these, in future. I will ask my urologist. Otherwise, it would be a pretty good value for the money. I like that they aren’t coated in sugar or a sugar-like crystalline substance, just soft and easy to chew and no unpleasant gelatinous texture. I rated 5 stars for “easy to swallow.” I assume everyone knows you can’t swallow gummies, so you gave 5 stars because they’re easy to chew. I just gave 2 stars overall because I think if a supplement is contraindicated for certain conditions, I would like to see a warning in the description, and on the label. My condition can be serious, and I would like to be able to expect supplements to be safe for all, unless otherwise indicated.
