I was wrong
I regretfully gave poor review after I initially got this prostrate supplement because the pills/capsules were hard too swallow, I shocked on them! Things changed so I'll take it back that negative review and apologize! I was not used to taking these large pills. I have since figured out how shallow them with ease, taking them with water and sloshing them in your mouth prior sallowing!
