Great bike for the price,gets alot of use from all the family..

Good for it's price
Bike was in good shape when it arrived. Following the manual, it was easy to couple.Has a smooth movement when riding. The major issue I have with the bike was the gear which hardly enters the higher gear when you try to change it from 1 to 2 or from 2 to 3. I tried reaching out to the company a couple of times, and I kept receiving electronic response from them rather than connecting me to a customer care representative. Outside the gear and bad communication system with the company, the bike size is OK for tall people, and the weight of the bike is light for easy riding.

Bike is a great value, keep it out of the rain.
Overall the bike is well made, individual parts are fair in quality, but not the very best. If you leave it out in the rain things start failing. I might replace the derailleurs and the shifters but keep the frame, disk brakes are cool. For the price a great bike, just don't let it rust in the rain.

Worst bike
Please don’t waste your money on these. Bought two for my boys they didn’t last two weeks. The pedals and assembly area all fall apart and cannot be reattached due to the threadings all grinded out

Trigger Happy
Seat is very hard. Had some trouble with the color. I had ordered green but some computer glitch made it yellow. It's black and yellow. Wish I had done more research. Wish I had been patient in making a bicycle purchase.
