I received a box of pots not just one pack. So 4 4 8 pots - 32 pots in total.

Did you order the multiple pack one? Thats the one with 4 x(8x28g)pots? If it is, go to the menu on Amazon page, click on the three bars and select customer service. In there you can raise a complaint about it, or use the call customer service and speak to them.

Yes, 'Palm fat' is indeed 'Palm Oil'! I didn't realise it contained this, until you asked this question! Will not be using this again!
