I have used a Bed Buddy Heat Pad for over a decade and it is still going strong. The shape I currently use is more for the back, now I want one for my neck. I purchased this thinner style and it fits perfectly around my neck. Heats up quick and stays warm for 5-10 minutes depending upon the level of heat you want. Reheats even quicker. You cannot beat the amazing moist heat. I love this brand/product so much. Quaility and results! AND with this purchase you get two. I'm keeping one in the freezer, ready for the grandkids' falls and knocks!

If you have a sore neck, this might help, it does help me. I have discovered that if I use it when my shoulders and neck have a flare-up. Also the directions say to heat it up in the microwave for 2 minutes but it was so, so hot I couldn’t use it for a couple of minutes. I’ve been using 90 seconds till I can use two minutes. But maybe not why change it? Oh it stays hot for quite a while.

I have used “Bed Buddys” for at least 15 years. They are WONDERFUL for pain anywhere! I Also Using them “”UP NORTH” to take to bed & place to get ride of pain & TO STAY WARM! They will last you MANY years SO I BUY LONG TUBE SOCKS TO PUT THEM IN- That way you can take them out -occasionally -to wash that COVERING! It works great! They smell wonderful & that does not change UNLESS YOU ARE IMPATIENT & cook them too long! Follow the directions in package. 1 do 1 minute & then 10 second intervals for 30 sec more at the most ! You will finally know how long ( 1 to 1-1/2 min). Micros are different & the “Buddy” -may be cool or warmer -due to your house temp! The round rope (Braided type handles) are the best type & make sure they are original “Bed Buddies. Great Pricing from Amazon too! I use every night in the Winter!! 😊👍👍 with what’s in them- they constantly put out “Moist Heat” If your area is “Dry” (AZ) -you may need to take it into the Bathroom Area - to recapture “Moisture in the Air”!
