Excellent brace little uncomfortable under arms if worn for long periods but all in all very very good.

1. It doesn't correct anything, as far as I can tell. I just got it, tried it in a few ways, thinking maybe I'm not wearing it correctly. Anyway, no matter how you wear it, it doesn't really help correcting posture, it only reminds you that you should sit straight because you're wearing something uncomfortable. Which takes me to:2. It's uncomfortable in 2 ways: 1. under your armpits of course. And 2. across the chest, preventing proper breathing. It's only mildly uncomfortable, sure, but given extended periods of time... If it wasn't for point1, if it would help correcting the posture, I could ignore point 2.3. The packaging is incredibly cheap and comes without any explanations about how you should use the product. Apparently some people don't even receive the box.4. The postage was more expensive than the product itself. I want my money back now, including the postage of course. I wonder if it's possible.

This seems like good product as i bought 2 one for size m and another for size l. The reason is when i little bit of put on a weight it does not sets as comfortable as before. And need to buy next size

More nutritionist-help than gastric band... First up, this is NOT going to correct poor posture (rounded shoulders etc) on its own. Chances are, like me, your musculature is now more comfortable with shoulders forward. What this can do is help remind you of your posture and when you're slouching, etc. It worked, to a fashion, for me because (as a previous review noted), it cuts into the armpit area, particularly if you slouch and let the shoulders roll forward. In my case, this was a pinch (and armpit hair tugging) enough to make me adjust my posture. The armpits do feel tender (akin to a light bruising) for 2 or 3 days, but I persevered and don't feel the tenderness now.So, in all, a reasonable product which can help in correction of poor posture (albeit, in my case, in a slightly accidental way) but don't buy if you're looking for a gastric-band type miracle cure with no hard work from you. That it ain't.

I have a torn muscle in between my shoulder blades and I slouch especially in front of a laptop. This has sorted my medical and posture needs. Just the confidence booster I needed. Thanks!

I have used this for the last 2 days. Easy to slip on. Average material. Initial thoughts were WOW! What a great product. Pulled my shoulders back nicely. No bulge, so I could easily conceal this under a jumper for work. However, as the day wore on, the bands started cutting into my armpits.I am great at persevering so wore it again the next day. I now have chaffing where the bands cut into my armpits. The pain that this was causing, put my body under more stress which led to a feeling of fatigue.I shall put this one down to a poor experience and simply bin the product for my own sanity.I have given it 2 stars. One for the initial comfort for all of the first 3 hours and the second one for making me realise that I have to correct my posture.

I ordered a size above what I normally have and it was to small.I would have asked for a replacement but I can't get out as I'm disabled and suffer with really bad anxiety so returning is impossible

Excellent product. I'm a PhD student that works everyday in front of computer and this product is helping me a lot to correct my posture.I strongly recommend it!
