It's really hard to tell if vitamins are really working or not unless you do blood work or something like that but what I can't say is I have been taking these for about 4 or 5 months now and I definitely feel more energy when I'm taking them versus when I've stopped taking them for a week or 2. I definitely feel more tired and sluggish and I definitely recommend taking these. There are so many health benefits from taking simos and I really wanted it for my thyroid health plus just all the minerals that it provides to your body to great way to get those minerals in your body especially with all the bad stuff and food that we have nowadays it's good to have a balance and put natural healthy stuff in us.

I purchased this brand after having purchased a different brand previously. Therefore this is only the second bottle of sea moss I have ever taken. I switched brands because the first one was causing my bowels to become very loose. However with that brand I also noticed after three or four days I was no longer having the crippling back ache that I’ve had for years. I was amazed that I could bend over and get up from sitting with no problem, but I couldn’t handle the negative side effect.
