What a nightmare I had with this device, yes it records but try and access the files or export them for anything useful just didn’t work. The manual is a bit of a joke you need a magnifying glass to read it and I’m still waiting for a reply from their customer service nothing new these days. I had a little difficulty learning until I had my teenage grandson come over and he easily figured it out and taught me how to use it. It never missed a word, i especially like that I can translate into any language and it frees up so much of my time. The recording quality is excellent, as is the battery life and I can simply attach it to my phone to recharge. It’s about the size of a credit card and I have heard all the hype about AI now i understand why it’s our future. This is worth every penny.

The app that makes it useable is not available on Android. Don't waste your money. This is a glorified paperweight unless you have an iPhone.

This record function is very easy to use, and has a nice sound quality. Great concept to have something that will record and transcribe, and also very convenient to not need to purchase a subscription to receive the transcription. My wife has issue to hear clearly and not very fluent in English. This device is designed for users like my wife. It worth!

Poor product from the start. Could not get it to work. Tried multiple time to connect it to my phone. The phone would see the device but would then disconnect immediately. Tried restarting both the app & the device multiple times Finally got a message saying "This device has been banned" Do not buy
