The product was indicating some defect, hence i requested for a refund or return. The instructions for return came back for packaging to be included, how do i do that when i had thrown away the packaging ? I threw away packaging after i thought the product was working well, but after i realized the item had defects it was too late to salvage the packaging. Anyways I have decided to NO MORE purchase anything from Amazon. Also why do i have to bear the cost for returning the defective item ? This is not correct. Did you know that Shopee when handling return items, they send an agent to my house to collect the defective item ? Unlike Amazon ! You should learn from Shopee on how they manage return items for refund.

Just got these today. Tried them out and I am pretty impressed. For 50 bucks, I'm super happy. I bought these to use at the gym and in my helmet while I ride my motorcycle (I'm too cheap to buy a bt cardo setup right now). My main criteria was a small earbud that wont create problems when i try to put my helmet on. I have a pair of galaxy buds but theyre too chunky to wear in my helmet. These are great for use in a helmet. They stay in and snug when I put my helmet on, they do fall out when I pull my helmet off but that problem is technically nonexistent because I have a balaclava that will keep them in. The sound is great, bass is great. I listen to a lot of Mac Miller which is bass heavy and it sounds real good so far. The final test will be riding on a highway with them in and I will update my review when I do that. Hopefully they can outdo the noise of the wind. So far, very happy. Especially for the price. Like come on. And to top it all off, they came fully charged and they're easy to operate. The tap functiond work well and the controls are intuitive. Im seriously impressed. Just buy them

I really like the size that how small are they... you can easily carry them anywhere with you keys. I like this colour. Overall good for value.

I have piercings in both ears so i have had a hard time finding earbuds that fit. Not only are these comfortable and affordable but they have a great deep bass that i haven’t been able to find in some earbuds that are 100-200.00. I love all the fun colors even the skin tone color. The case is so compact and convenient to slip i and out of my small pockets. The controls are simple to use and figure out and you can even see a diagram on the all which is helpful while learning. They connect immediately and have a pretty long range from your phone. I haven’t had any issues connecting to my phone,tv, car, or projector. I appreciate the movie mode and music mode options. I love these so much, this is the third pair i have bought and i plan on buying every color. They stay in place, i have never had one fall out even frantically chasing my son when he was eloping and fighting me. I wear them in the shower and have never had an issue with them tearing up. I have had MANY earbuds from all price ranges, these are the ones i will recommend to anyone. I have even slept in them many times. If you’re wanting noise canceling and confortable, these are the ones you need. The battery life is actually pretty insane too. I wear earbuds 98% of the time because i have ADHD AND i’m telling you, my first pair have been through two kids and a lot of other things and they still work perfectly after being chewed up and spit out several times. I only wish i knew how to order more of the silicone tips so i don’t have mismatched earbuds. I will shut up now, just buy them, you won’t regret it.
