A disappointing tea
I'm not a big fan of Anxi oolongs, but I gave this tea a try. For the price I expected a tea with more flavor and several good infusions. This tea disappoints on both counts. The tea has little aroma and little taste. I've tried brewing it different ways--small pot, infuser cup, gaiwan--and using different water temperatures and timing. I have never felt this tea gave me a single good brew, and it doesn't stand up past 2 or 3 brews. For the price I guess I was expecting something better. This is just an average to mediocre oolong. I easily found better for the same price elsewhere. I doubt I will be trying any of the teas sold under this label again.
